Comparable to Apple’s iBook, Amazon’s Kindle app will open
up a huge world of books and magazines, all available at the touch of your
finger. Kindle has been updated to get
the full use out of iPad’s awesome new Retina display, resulting in clear crisp
beautiful images while reading.
Netflix
Your iPad experience just wouldn’t be complete if you weren’t
able stream all your favorite movies and TV programs with the Netflix ipad app.
ShowYou
Here’s one you may not have heard of yet. This app allows you to access all of the
popular web videos which you or your friends have shared. All you have to do is enter your Facebook
and/or Twitter information, and this app will deliver all of the videos that
have been shared by people you know. The
interface is easy and fun to work with.
HBO Go
Get access to all you favorite HBO shows, anytime you want,
no matter where you are.
Epicurious
This is a must have for all you foodies out there. This app is has tons of recipes, can help you
with shopping lists, and lots more. This
iPad app was the Winner of the 2011 ASME (National Magazine Awards for Digital
Media).
