Use Your iPad To Its Fullest Potential: iPad Tutorials

Want to unlock your iPad's full potential?
Talk about disappointing… I was so excited to get my Ipad, only to fall into a pit of frustration trying to figure out how to use my iPad. I thought maybe they had forgotten to send me the manual, but discovered that there was no manual to be had. So I looked around and found some books that could potentially have helped, but decided I didn’t want to deal with all the hassle of learning out of a book. I found a few classes, but they were EXPENSIVE and inconvenient. I mean, I bought the Ipad to be fun and useful….not to get a PhD on its inner workings.

I was actually starting to get angry at this point.

So I tried asking a few friends to show me how to use my iPad, and they were able to help me a little bit, but I still had a ton of questions. How do I organize my photos? How do I play games? How do I download ebooks on Amazon Kindle? Is there a way to connect the iPad to a keyboard? How do I know what apps to get? Can the iPad do my laundry?...hehehe. Besides these things, I knew there were lots of other things the iPad could do that I didn’t even know to ask about.

I just wanted someone to SHOW ME how to use my iPad…but alas, there was no one who could help me.

I decided to just suck it up and try to figure it out for myself. I was able to figure out a few things, but it was very time consuming and irritating. And what’s worse, is that when I tried to repeat some of the tasks I had learned, I had to figure it all out AGAIN, because I had forgotten what I had done the first time.

That was it! I had had enough as this point. I just wanted to get stuff done, not learn how to perform brain surgery. I needed a solution.

I scoured the Internet and finally came across the solution to my iPad nightmare. It was a video course with iPad tutorials where they JUST SHOW YOU how to do all the little things your iPad is capable of, not to mention a boatload of stuff I didn’t even know it could do.

I was so happy I didn’t know what to do with myself. Now I’m like the iPad Jedi Master, and all of my friends and family come to me with their iPad questions.  I hope that some of you can benefit from my frustrating experience, by not having to go through it yourself. I have included a link to the video lessons below so you, or someone you care about, can benefit from easy to follow ipad tutorials.

5 Must-Have FREE Apps For Your iPad

Apps really make your iPad come to life. The possibilities are endless (well, almost) for creative, useful, and fun things to do with your iPad using apps.  Check out my 5 favorite must have FREE apps to get you started if you haven’t yet ventured into the world of iPad apps.  Happy downloading!

Kindle

Comparable to Apple’s iBook, Amazon’s Kindle app will open up a huge world of books and magazines, all available at the touch of your finger.  Kindle has been updated to get the full use out of iPad’s awesome new Retina display, resulting in clear crisp beautiful images while reading.

Netflix

Your iPad experience just wouldn’t be complete if you weren’t able stream all your favorite movies and TV programs with the Netflix ipad app.

ShowYou

Here’s one you may not have heard of yet.  This app allows you to access all of the popular web videos which you or your friends have shared.  All you have to do is enter your Facebook and/or Twitter information, and this app will deliver all of the videos that have been shared by people you know.  The interface is easy and fun to work with.

HBO Go

Get access to all you favorite HBO shows, anytime you want, no matter where you are.

Epicurious

This is a must have for all you foodies out there.  This app is has tons of recipes, can help you with shopping lists, and lots more.  This iPad app was the Winner of the 2011 ASME (National Magazine Awards for Digital Media).

I hope this ad sparked your curiosity about what is lurking out there in the world of apps.  Part of the fun of apps is exploring them, finding new ones that no one has heard of before.  Have a great time hunting for those little app “gems,” and if you find a really cool one I’d like to hear about it.

Cheers,
